What approach do we use?

As humanistic integrative counsellors, we use a combination of person-centred and relational psychodynamic counselling to guide your therapeutic journey in a way that best suits you.

Assessment

Once you feel ready to begin counselling, our first session will be arranged. Together we will understand your past, what you are currently experiencing, and how we can best support your needs.

Sessions

Sessions are scheduled between Monday-Friday from 10am-8pm. Short-term, long-term and open-ended sessions are available. Sessions will last for 50 minutes on a weekly basis.

Concessionary spaces are available if you are on a low income and still need support. Please contact me for more information.
